At Face To Face Games, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your new apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn, unwashed garments with original tags attached into their original shipping bag or a secure box of your choice.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring no other barcodes are visible.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your drop-off receipt; we will notify you once your refund or exchange has been processed.
